BE
READY

What to know before appointment.

As you have been registered prior to this appointment I will not require any forms for your appointment. However I may contact you prior to the appointment if I need an additional insurance form. If I feel the condition is worsening or deterioting at an unusual pace I will refer you back to the referring vet for evaluation. I will do this on your behalf.

Sometimes additional therapies, for example hydrotherapy and acupuncture can assist with chronic conditions. I can discuss the benefits of these and provide a list of qualified individuals which could help.

Please keep record of your animals progression throughout the plan, a diary is a brilliant way of documenting any improvements, difficulties, behaviour or regression. I will ask for an update at the beginning of each session to make sure the plan is suitable and if not I can tailor it.
